JF Elite Transportation provides luxury passenger transportation services. You must be at least 18 years old to book our Service. You are entirely responsible for using our Service and any content you post. You agree not to use our Service for any unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful purpose.
Reservation
When you reserve our Service, you must be explicit about your pickup location, destination, day, time, and number of passengers. You are fully responsible for verifying the accuracy of this information before booking.
Payment
The charges for our Service are based on the distance traveled, the duration of the trip, and the type of vehicle requested. Payment must be made before the start of the trip unless otherwise agreed beforehand. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal as transaction forms.
Cancelation Policy
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must inform us at least 24 hours before the start of the trip. Otherwise, cancellation fees may apply.
Responsibility
JF Elite Transportation will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by the use of our Service. We will not be responsible for any delays, losses, or damages caused by third parties. You are responsible for the security of your personal belongings during your trip.
Modification of the Terms and Conditions
JF Elite Transportation reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice. You agree to the updated terms and conditions by continuing to use our Service.
Applicable law
The laws of the state of Florida govern these terms and conditions. Any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Florida.
